Refund policy

At DIRO Living, we work with carefully selected furniture and décor brands to provide high-quality pieces designed to elevate your home. Due to the nature of luxury furniture, oversized freight shipping, and made-to-order products, please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused and in original condition
  • the item must remain in its original packaging
  • a return request must be submitted and approved by DIRO Living prior to returning the item

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Customers are required to inspect all items immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing
  • take clear photos of the packaging and damaged item
  • contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@diroliving.com

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may affect our ability to process a claim with the carrier or vendor.

If severe damage is visible upon delivery, customers may refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.

Returns

Due to vendor policies and freight logistics, not all items are eligible for return.

Approved returns may be subject to:

  • return shipping fees
  • freight charges
  • restocking fees
  • white-glove delivery fees (if applicable)

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or cancellation:

  • made-to-order items
  • custom furniture
  • special orders
  • clearance or sale items
  • items marked as final sale

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they enter processing, production, or shipment.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation requests may be treated as a return and subject to applicable fees.

Made-to-order or custom items cannot be canceled once production has started.

Refund Processing

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your financial institution.

Shipping Delays

Estimated delivery timelines are provided as guidelines and may vary depending on vendor inventory, freight carriers, weather conditions, or other external factors.

DIRO Living is not responsible for carrier-related delays once an order has shipped.
