At DIRO Living, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable delivery experience for every order. Please review the information below regarding shipping timelines, freight deliveries, and order processing.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Lead Times

In-Stock Items

In-stock items generally ship within 10–14 business days depending on vendor availability and warehouse location.

Backordered Items

If an item is backordered, estimated shipping timelines will be communicated via email. Lead times may vary depending on supplier inventory and production schedules.

Made-to-Order Items

Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional production time before shipment. Estimated lead times will be provided prior to order processing whenever possible.

Shipping Methods

Standard Freight / Curbside Delivery

Large furniture items are typically shipped via freight curbside delivery.

Curbside delivery includes delivery to the first accessible dry area outside the home or building.

Drivers are not responsible for:

  • bringing items inside
  • assembly or installation
  • moving furniture upstairs
  • packaging removal

White-Glove Delivery

White-glove delivery may be available for select products and locations.

Services may include:

  • delivery to room of choice
  • light assembly
  • packaging removal

Additional fees may apply depending on the item and delivery location.

Delivery Appointments

Freight and white-glove deliveries require scheduled appointments.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • doorways
  • hallways
  • stairways
  • elevators

can properly accommodate purchased items.

Additional delivery, storage, or redelivery fees may apply if delivery cannot be completed due to access limitations.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be emailed once the order ships.

For freight shipments, the carrier may contact customers directly to coordinate final delivery appointments.

Shipping Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • vendor inventory
  • production schedules
  • freight carrier delays
  • weather conditions
  • holidays
  • unforeseen logistics issues

DIRO Living is not responsible for delays once an order has shipped with the carrier.

Shipping Availability

At this time, DIRO Living ships within the contiguous United States only.

We currently do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • PO Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • international destinations

Address Changes

Requests to modify shipping addresses after an order has been processed or shipped may result in additional carrier rerouting fees and delivery delays.
